PRODUCTION’S ORGANIZATION

Management of Hydrotek’s production expects the application of a classic working cycle, with preparation of the orders from the technical office, that then provides the technical files to start production in the involved departments.

From a productive point, the structure is divided in departments: the warehouse for raw materials, the mechanical workshops for manufacturing, the assembly department, the testing area and the warehouse for finished products.

Production controls are made directly by the company that in every cycle phase meticulously controls manufacturing and the correspondence of state of development of the products with the production’s planning.

In regard of types of manufacturing the production works in small series and also for a single order, offering the customers the possibility to realize special prototypes by project.

The company is equipped with its own means of transportation, therefore it’s able to directly make the delivery of finished products.
