The HYDROTEK block-making machine for cinder block production of various sizes, shapes and colours.
Powerful and sturdy, Hydrotek’s newborn has only a few months of age and it’s already a success, thanks to its technical features and competitive price.
This machine has particular versatility and simplicity of use able to satisfy every necessity.
Able to produce around 30 m2 of blocks an hour, there are two versions, one with a distributor for a single color, the other one with two distributors for colors. By a technical point it possess the following features:
- 20 KW Engine
- 50 Tons Press
- Consumption of 15 KW/h.
The production cycle includes:
- Loading of first distributor
- Loading of the stamp
- Pressing
- Final pressing
- Extraction.
- Distributor reload
- Products extraction.
